The latest release of the StockControl app offers users extra options.

Selecting multiple pick orders

Users can select several orders to pick, so orders can be combined – for example per customer or per department.

Recording deviations

Deviations can be recorded digitally while picking. For example, there may be fewer items in stock than the system says. This provides an extra check to keep stock accurate.

Stock per warehouse

The app can show stock per warehouse or department. This sorting makes it easier to display items.

Requests from workstations

StockControl is fully integrated with the JobControl app, so operators can request materials digitally. These requests appear at the top of the warehouse staff’s list for picking and delivering the materials.

Delivery

Once orders have been picked, the stock can be taken to the shop floor. When delivery is confirmed, the items are moved in the system from stock to work in progress.
